About this app

Finexflow helps employers facilitate employee onboarding onto the Finex Money platform.

After signing in, an authorised employer can start an onboarding session and hand the device to the employee. The employee then enters their own South African mobile number and completes the required identity-verification process.

Finexflow supports:

Employee onboarding
South African FICA/KYC verification
Identity and location verification
Scanning and linking payment cards
Replacing lost or damaged cards
Secure PIN reset

The employer and employee are separate participants. The employer signs in to initiate the process, while the employee supplies their own mobile number and information to complete onboarding.

A supported South African mobile number and identity documents are required for FICA/KYC verification. Camera and location permissions are requested only when needed for identity, document, card and compliance workflows.
