Ratings and reviews

This app is extremely unreliable and poorly designed. It takes an unacceptable amount of time to open and frequently hangs or fails to load. More importantly, salary and transactions are delayed by nearly one hour, which is completely unacceptable for a salary application. This app fails to meet even basic performance standards and causes serious inconvenience to users. Immediate fixes are required, otherwise this app should not be used for salary processing.

The previous version of this application was very good and worked smoothly. Unfortunately, this new version does not even open properly. It is extremely disappointing and poorly designed. Such a low-quality application creates frustration for users instead of convenience. I request the concerned team to fix these issues as soon as possible or restore the previous version.

Not able to access my account after switching over to the new app. After entering the pin associated with my account, it greets me with the error "Organization disabled, contact administrator". I haven't heard anything from my organization about the new app. Calling the helpline option doesn't do anything. I need a fix ASAP. Update (11/22/2025): One month later and still "Organization disabled, contact administrator" error persist. Our organization already got a support ticket generated but ETA
