App consistently had connection problem. Likewise for Finnomena website, I believe this was due to large amount of new customers. But that wasn't an excuse. When it comes to finance, reliability is one single biggest factor. Good thing was that I could trade from their call center.

Their help/support center articles will teach you which buttons to tap in the app, but it doesn't explain very well how it all works as a whole or as a concept. Frustrating as a beginner - and beginners are their target market, so that's why the rating is 3 stars and not 4 stars. UI could be improved - other apps that are older than it do a better job of representing info but it's not too bad. At least it's usable for simple things, and doesn't glitch.
