About this app

FinPec Monitoring is the field application of the FinPec platform for managing livestock operations. Used by sorters, checkers, and farm teams, the app covers the complete cattle movement cycle — from sorting in the corral to checking at the destination.

MAIN FEATURES

• Separations linked to purchase transactions created in the operation's administrative panel
• Waybills with two weighing methods: Weighbridge (full truck) and Small Weighbridge (individual or by batch)
• Classification by sex and animal category (calf, steer, lean steer, fat steer, bull, heifer, cow, breeding cow, and others)
• Recording of transport data: carrier, driver, and vehicle license plate
• Capture of tax and sanitary documents (Invoice and GTA) with mandatory photographs
• Shipment dispatch with photos of the load, the truck, and automatic geolocation capture
• Unloading verification with automatic calculation of discrepancies in head count, weight, license plate, and driver
• Recording of incidents during transport (death, injury, escape, sanitary problems, delays, and other events) with photos and detailed observations
• Complete history of separations, waybills, and unloadings performed

WORKS OFFLINE

O The application was developed with an offline-first architecture. All data is saved locally on the device and automatically synchronized as soon as the connection is re-established. This allows for use on farms, corrals, and rural areas without internet coverage.

WHO IS THE APPLICATION FOR?

This is a corporate application for restricted use by users registered by the administration of operations linked to the FinPec platform. It is not possible to create accounts directly through the app.

To access it, you need to receive credentials from the administrative team responsible for your operation.

PERMISSIONS USED

• Camera — to photograph documents, livestock, trucks, and scales
• Location — to record loading and unloading coordinates, ensuring traceability of the operation
• Storage — to save photos and data locally until sent to the server
• Internet — for synchronization with the FinPec platform server

SECURITY AND PRIVACY

• Access only with authentication using individual credentials
• Data transmitted via encrypted connection (HTTPS)
• Photographs and documents stored in a secure cloud environment
• Geolocation captured only during loading and unloading, exclusively for operational traceability purposes
