Ratings and reviews

I used the app for around 2 years, it was great, untill a few months. It has so many flaws, sometimes you see your $ transactions on you colones history or viceversa. If you have $ definitely this is not the app. But definitely the worst thing of all is the customer service, one of them even even called mi case "Casito", and they took 2 weeks to let me know money was already taken form my account, but that was the issue, that's how ignorant and incompetent they are, you're passed around.

The first Costa Rican full online bank. Wink is super easy to use, secure, fast, convenient and the fastest and cheapest method to transfer your money from PayPal. Without a doubt, way better than any other banking platform offered by traditional banks (e.g. Popular, Nacional, BAC). Wink is reliable, user-friendly, intuitive, and on top they offer great customer service. No cost taking money out of the ATM. As in everything, there are a few things to improve but it's definitely a must-have.

Problem with pixel 4xl, on the part of the "selfie" it take a picture and the app goes back to the login screen, if you try to sign in it will tell you there is no account associated with the email. The selfie picture validation never succeed and always restarts . . . You need to create your account from a different device.
