Ratings and reviews

I enjoy it, though there are clearly times wherein the game absolutely will not give you decent cards and will bathe the opponent in points. I think therefore this game is not truly random. it's frustrating when it happens because you just have to push through and take an absolute hiding. the speed and simplicity is good. I think the hint function can be misleading and I generally ignore it. but, if you're awake and three in the morning, nothing beats several games of video cribbage

Gameplay is fun. Did not encounter any bugs in gameplay. The frequency of ads is just too high. Each round is accompanied by an ad, which means for one game, you watch 10 to 15 ads. I understand completely that this is why the game is free, and it helps pay developers and all the other jazz that they say in reply to low ratings. Longer ads, at a reduced frequency, would be better, in my opinion. I uninstalled the app.

The game itself looks good and plays smoothly. The explanation mechanic makes it really easy to learn the game but beyond that it is incredibly frustrating to play against a computer that always the exact cards it needs and does not like to lose. No matter how well you do, the "phone" always has a better hand. If the cards that were dealt out were actually random, this would be a great game.
