FireCode is the technology that has managed to introduce an innovative and wonderful method for protecting brands from counterfeiting and imitation of their products, while also providing protection that serves the consumer and guides them to original products.

How It Works:

1. Open the app and scan the QR code that belongs to FireCode, which is printed or affixed to the product or included in the package.

2. FireCode will recognize the QR code and verify its authenticity through a confirmation message, a short video, images, or information and guidance about the product (this will appear automatically).

3. Once the confirmation message appears, it will be automatically saved in your favorites within the app, and you can reopen it from your favorites whenever you wish, based on the specified duration for each product.

4. We protect your rights through the app.

5. If the product has a warranty certificate, the content's retention period in favorites usually matches the warranty period, and you can download the certificate and save it anywhere else on your device.

6. Some products may include gifts and discounts placed by the manufacturing companies.

7. If no information regarding the product appears, a warning message will be displayed indicating that the QR code does not belong to FireCode, or a warning message stating that the product's protection period has expired, meaning the QR code has been previously used or expired and is no longer under FireCode protection.

FireCode verifies the source and authenticity of the product without addressing its quality. All rights and responsibilities regarding the product's specifications, quality, expiration date, and responsibilities for the attached content belong to the company that prepared it.
