Service administration

Why RescueAlert
Traditional notification methods (telephone, SMS, siren in the home) have serious limitations: they are slow, depend on network coverage or whether the member is near the home. RescueAlert uses Google's push notification infrastructure (FCM), the same one used by global emergency notification applications, ensuring fast and reliable notification delivery wherever the member is.
Privacy and security
All communication is encrypted with TLS. Passwords are stored exclusively in hash form. The application does not track the location of your device, does not collect contacts and does not share data with third parties for marketing purposes. Detailed privacy policies are available on our website.
Start of work
To use the application, it is necessary to be a member of the registered service. If your service is not yet on the RescueAlert platform, contact us at the email from the privacy policy and we will help you with registration.
