Great service... much better than the satellite bunch .. and less expensive. Only issue I have is the website does not work. I can't control any devices with it. It often hangs up... won't do anything. The old site worked much better... this is next to worthless.

charging an extra $5.99 a month to be able to access my account via the app is crazy. I've never had one of my utility companies charge me to use their app to access my account.

When I try onboarding my router, whether with the QR code or manually entering the numbers, I get the same "Uh-oh can't connect try again later" error code. I tried while connected to wifi and tried with cell service and no matter which I get the same message.
