TM Online Form is a professional application for managing tests, forms and reports in the field of fire safety, directly from the field. The application is intended for employees and technicians who visit customers and need to fill out documents in an organized, fast and consistent manner with the organization's work routine.
What you can do in the application
• Filling out digital forms – working on various forms (including forms adapted to your system), saving and continuing editing as needed.
• Managing customers and branches – registering and managing details, including an address search adapted to Israel for address fields.
• Photographing and attaching materials – adding relevant images and files to the visit and form.
• Digital signature – signing documents within the application.
• Barcode and NFC – using barcode scanning and NFC (when the device supports it) to identify equipment, labels or work processes that are defined in your system.
• View and share documents – work with PDF and share conveniently (e.g. to WhatsApp or other apps installed on the device).
• Track forms – review open forms, today and history – according to what is defined in the account and permissions.
• Secure login – login with email and password, additional verification when the system requires it, and the option to use biometric identification to save login details on the device (according to the user’s choice and device settings).
Who the app is for
For teams and practitioners in the field of fire and safety testing, who work with an organization that provides them with access to the online forms system. The app is not for opening an independent account – access is provided through the organization and the subscription.
