After the update this year. the app doesn't work. I log in and can't even enter account details to transfer money to. use it on two different Samsung phones. same issue on both phones. I don't know what is happening. I have uninstalled and installed it several times.

Terrible. Wouldn't advise anyone to use this app for Momo transactions. Very often, this app will indicate that your transaction failed. That may cause you either repeat the transaction or pay using another method. Later, you will discover that the 'failed transaction' resulted in a debit to your account. Sometimes you find that you have paid twice for a single purchase. Not good. But gets much worse. Airport branch will do NOTHING for you!! And you will not have enough info yourself! Terrible

Since I downloaded this mobile app, i have not been able to use it just because of a one time password failure. If I need money everytime i have to keep going to the bank. Please work on this app. i have updated it but still can't log in
