I suggest that viewing the balance be optional or else free because right now by just logging in, there's a deduction due automatic balance view.

Inconvenient after ease of access with Barclays Zim. I am UK based and am always transferring money on the go. Since the change over of the mobile platform I have repeatedly tried to install the app. I log into my account on my device using the link to the website and the log in and information pages are clunky and not user friendly at all.
