To use the FirstCCU Mobile app, you must be enrolled as a FirstCCU Internet Banking user. If you currently use our Internet Banking, simply download the app, launch it, and login with the same Internet Banking credentials.

Ratings and reviews

Middling, at best. LATE payments... Don't find out until after you order the payment that it will not make it until 7 to 8 days later. No excuse for a payment taking that long when you can drive the money to destination in under 2 hours! Once payment ordered, you can't cancel it to try and make it another way, either.

doesnt co inside with the actual banks data base. I updated my phone number 2 years ago with them . you would think it would update with the whole system. now I'm locked out cause 2 step verification want to only send codes to the old number. it should have more choice like ummmm your email. this is a big issue since y'all don't have 24 hour customer service and ppl can't check their accounts. this was the last straw with this bank.

Love the App! Easy access... enter your PIN number and you're directed immediately to your account. Also you have the option to connect your account from another bank to transfer funds from it to First CCU . Opened this new account at First CCU, and a few months later I refinanced my car, consolidated my debt with them in order to have lower interest rates and one place to pay. I'd recommend this banking institute to everyone.
