this is terrible compared to the old app. one example,, can't find any of your bill pay account information like you used to be able to. it's very difficult to actually tell if what you were trying to do happened mine glitches all the time and will jump me back to the last page. very disappointed in it I used to sing the praises of first command's app not anymore. I do almost all my banking on my phone so simplifying an app down to not being able to do anything doesn't work for me

This new app sucks! I am ready to close all my accounts and go elsewhere. Before transferring money was a breeze and I could move money around in less than a minute and now It is ridiculous how difficult things are and if I want to do a transfer from my credit card, I have to call in or secure message. with 1.5 hour wait times that isnt gonna cut it! worst idea ever! Rethink this because it was a terrible idea.

I'm very disappointed that I had to re verify an external account that I had been using for over a year just because you sposedly upgraded your services... it continued should have been grand fathered for use by my account transfer options. This change unnecessarily delayed my monthly transaction. I'm very disappointed in First Command's caused delay.
