App freezes then kicks you out making it necessary to sign in all over again. Doing anything beyond checking account balances or making mobile deposits is impossible, especially updating security preferences. Now I get to make a special trip to my local branch to get my wife's phone number listed so she can actually get into the app. This, after attempting several times to do so in the app, and her access randomly being discontinued after the initial set up in the branch. The check reading system is garbage To elaborate it has great difficulty in reading checks even in the most pristine and perfect conditions it simply can't cope. Other banking apps are miles ahead and are much faster and far more reliable. At the most this app can somewhat reliably when the stars and moon are aligned transfer your funds around and do very simple money managment. Other than that it is very clunky and cumbersome.

As of December 21 app has worked great up until about 3 days ago when it started closing on its own. Even with latest update it still crashes closed while I'm using it. I happens within about 45 seconds of login whether using login credentials or fingerprint. As of December 27, app won't even let me sign in. It shows the "working" circle but nothing else happens. I just deleted a star. If I could, there would be no star.
