After the most recent update, I'm getting the same "unknown error" as everyone else. I contacted customer support via their website, and they didn't even mention this was a known issue and gave me the spill of making sure I had the latest version of their app. That was about a week ago. Overall, I'm really dissatisfied with their service. I will be looking for a new bank soon. Update 9/28/18: newest update says "loading" indefinitely. I still can't login. I uninstalled then reinstalled the app and now I'm getting the unknown error again.

Dont know why this app keeps getting worse instead of better!! Accounts keep changing position, screen moves when you try to scroll and won't stay where you need it to. Can't pay credit card on weekends anymore. Its very frustrating. My whole family uses this credit union on my recommendation and now all they do is complain about this terrible app!! Members have had the same complaints for months and nothing is being done! Poor customer service.

It is very difficult to navigate to the place where you can make external payments to your loan from a different bank. It would be more convenient to have a tab specifically for payments from external banks ex: loans, credit cards, mortgage, etc.
