Getting started
• If you do not have an account with us, you can email us on merchantservices@Fiserv.com.
• To use the app, you will need Android 4.4 or above and have your phone's language set to English or Chinese.

Very very disgusting... I am a shopkeeper ..i was approached by this service..a card swipe ICICI merchant device was installed later without any reason company started deducting money from my account... I surrendered the device..to company besides that company is continuously deducting money..on asking what to do?? I am being told to close my existing account linked with the company..I want to ask why should I close my account..is there any one who can help me out...

Now these guys have a pathetic service. They misuse the mandate given to them by the customer by withdrawing money from the customer without any prior information at their own sweet will. The E-mails get no response, their managers dont know what to do and customer care is also clueless. I have been trying to surrender their swipe machines for a while now but instead of that these people withdraw a handsome sum of money from my account and now I am stuck with 4 of their machines and my money gone

Worst sevice I am a shopkeeper .they installed a pos divice .at that time executive told for five years service we r charges 10000/* it will be deducted monthly but in two transactions they deducted 11800/- and they sent a mandate for 30000/- to my linked bank account .they didn't follow any rules and regulations they behave as they like .i contacted customer care but they don't have any details .they told they will send SM and executive to my place.but never turned.
