this app is useless. It displays calls from other units even though the slider is set to only see my unit's calls. The app has done this many many times. It gets better then starts happening again. The new call banner is still annoying. it covers up the call we were just sent to so I can't select it and read the info. I cant get to user settings to turn off notifications while off duty. The camera request slows down getting call info. No I'm not giving you all that access.

Been having major issues with this app. Evertime I open the app it refers to a Bluetooth option has to have a name for dispatch. I don't have any options for Bluetooth so I tried the update, didn't work so Iuninstalled and reinstalled. Now I don't have any app or user settings, they're both gone so I can't make any setting changes. I'm forced to use this app at the FD I work at, I'm an admin on the web version so now the app is completely useless. Please fix or help!

When it works it's OK, which is almost never. Notifications can't override silent setting on phone. Yellow "Low connectivity" banner appears every load, even when connected to high speed Wi-Fi, and blocks functionality (switching departments), then a green one does the same. Totally useless "feature". Constant rediculously long loading times that prevent you from doing anything else. Can't say enough bad things about it. A 2.5 average rating tells you all you need to know. Absolute garbage.
