The only way I can get the app to stop giving me push notifications for dispatched calls is by blocking notifications completely through my Android settings. The settings in the app are set not to notify me of dispatches at all. There's also a ton of incomplete features that are hardly usable on mobile. Incident reports, for example. The schedule board is okay sometimes, but frequently displays the wrong information if you switch dates.

When it works it's OK, which is almost never. Notifications can't override silent setting on phone. Yellow "Low connectivity" banner appears every load, even when connected to high speed Wi-Fi, and blocks functionality (switching departments), then a green one does the same. Totally useless "feature". Constant rediculously long loading times that prevent you from doing anything else. Can't say enough bad things about it. A 2.5 average rating tells you all you need to know. Absolute garbage.

Update: This is still a horrible App. The FD platform itself is pretty good in terms of capability, but honestly I hate this App. The notification tones still don't work correctly, they have a terrible selection of tones you can use. After a few weeks of helping them try to fix the tones, they still can't figure out how to make the tones play nice with the native Android app notification sounds. Better phone app is ActiveAlert. They have it figured out.
