This app is very generic! It doesn't even have a setting to elect for "electronic statements", which they now charge $5 per month for paper statements. The FFSL website wants me to "sign up for mobile banking" before I can elect to receive statements via email,.. even though I've been making mobile deposits on the app for five years now! That makes no sense!! And they don't even offer Zelle through the app!

this banks customer service is ridiculous nobody answers the phone nor due they return phone calls. I have left multiple messages and still not a single response.

Cannot review this app at this time, it has not functioned in 4 days. Called bank today, they said delete it then re-install. THAT DID'NT WORK. Really disappointed because i used to love this app and used it almost daily for 1 reason or another. Disappointed in the bank as well for their lack of understanding/help.
