FFC Rider is a mobile application built for First Flight courier delivery riders. It is the tool a rider uses every day, out in the field, to handle all the parcels they need to pick up and deliver. Instead of paper sheets and manual records, the rider does everything through the app — from logging in at the start of the shift to collecting customer signatures at the doorstep.
A courier rider is given a list of shipments each day — some to pick up from senders and some to deliver to customers. This app organizes that work, guides the rider to each location, records proof that the job was done, and sends all that information back to the company's system.
