I've been a customer with FirstIB since the beginning in 2000. The recent changes to the app and web interface resulted in a minor loss of functionality. Accrued interest since the last statement is no longer available. When scheduling transfers, you can no longer choose for the transfers to stop after a certain number (e.g. monthly until 7 transfers are complete). Not a big deal in the grand scheme of things, but I used those functions.

fingerprint sign in not working for me but check deposits are great and bill pay is good to use in a pinch.

It was a bit confusing with the back of the check because it said to use a darker background, which I was using. Once I folded the check in half showing only the side with the signature, the photo was taken. I'll remember that for future deposits.
