The internet connection itself are often poor. I was offered an upgrade, but after accepting, nothing changed—the speed remained the same. Currently, apps won't work properly and keep loading. I can't even complain, and the chat assistant won't load.

2 months the app is not working, it says that it has a "system disturbance" FOR 2 MONTHS.....

I often have issues with the connection. It can happen several times in a month. When there's a connection issue both while using mobile and laptop, connection isn't as good as my XL mobile data it's far much better, stable, and rarely has issues. The app is not better, errors, super slow. What's more disappointing is the Customer Service experience. Worst I've ever had. They're robotic, just use emplate, not detailed, not own the prob. Never make any follow up, not to mention go extra miles.
