Accept the offer for the speed upgrade, not really have difference, apps not working, customer service can't help your problems, got scammed by their agents and they can't do anything. really bad service

I often have issues with the connection. It can happen several times in a month. When there's a connection issue both while using mobile and laptop, connection isn't as good as my XL mobile data it's far much better, stable, and rarely has issues. The app is not better, errors, super slow. What's more disappointing is the Customer Service experience. Worst I've ever had. They're robotic, just use emplate, not detailed, not own the prob. Never make any follow up, not to mention go extra miles.

please check your developer inbox. it seems full. I send an email , it keeps failing due to your inbox is full. please review the UI. because I can not proceed due the navigation bottons are placed right behind my mobile phone botton. e.g. the "next" botton
