I often have issues with the connection. It can happen several times in a month. When there's a connection issue both while using mobile and laptop, connection isn't as good as my XL mobile data it's far much better, stable, and rarely has issues. The app is not better, errors, super slow. What's more disappointing is the Customer Service experience. Worst I've ever had. They're robotic, just use emplate, not detailed, not own the prob. Never make any follow up, not to mention go extra miles.

Worst! My phone number that showed up doesn't match with the app and then being told to confirm without I even can get edited (can't edit at all). N then when I said that I want to stop it permanently FM make it temporary (6 months) and then activated again n cut my debt. N when I complained, they told me to prepare a lawyer for them. What a great service...š. So great..

Useless app ever. Apparently they tried to call my old number to inform a service change, but since I can't change my number easily and unable to be reached, they decided to just block my internet service until I personally reach out. Theres no notification or anything on the app that told me a out this... Why do you even make this app for????
