When a visitor fills in your website's form, every minute counts. 1st Minute Lead alerts you right away and lets you call them back while they're still on your site.

The advisor app, to handle your leads wherever you are:

• Live War Room
When you're on duty, every new lead reaches you as a notification, with a timer: the first minute, then the next five. Take it in one tap — your colleagues see it's taken.

• Call in one tap
The number is ready: one tap starts the call from your phone. The form answers are shown in plain words during the conversation, and you can jot down what the customer says.

• Qualify without retyping
Sold, call back, not interested, no answer, unreachable… Pick the outcome; if a callback is needed, schedule it in one tap: in 1 hour, this afternoon, tomorrow 9:00 or on the date you choose.

• Callbacks
Every callback promised, overdue, today or tomorrow: call, reschedule or close it from the card.

• Leads
New ones to call back, taken, closed: find every lead and its full record, with the call history.

• Team
See who is available, on a call or on a break, and go on or off duty in one tap.

Good to know
– The app requires a 1st Minute Lead account. Installing it on your website, settings and account management are done from the web dashboard.
– Calls go through your device's Phone app: a regular call, billed by your mobile plan.
– Available in French, English, Spanish, Italian and Portuguese.
