About this app

First National Bank's mobile banking app gives you access to your online banking* in a mobile friendly format. The user-friendly design makes it easy to manage your accounts while on your mobile device.

*To use the app you must be enrolled in mobile banking:
1. Access your online banking account
2. Under 'Preferences' on the left menu, click 'Mobile'
3. Check the box for "Yes, enable my User ID and Password for use on my mobile device"
4. For fund transfer capability, click "Mobile Authorizations" at the top of the menu and choose a 4 digit pin to use on the mobile app
5. Click 'Submit' at the bottom of the menu to complete

This app has not glitched or lagged. It takes care of the things I need by letting me know what I need to do next or what I have not yet done. It separates your accounts and it is easy to navigate. It helps keep you organized with paper or online bank statements. Security on the app is ok. It lets you know with Alerts and it'll explain anything that you might not understand or be comfortable with. It's a really decent app for banking & is capable of doing everything all the other banking apps do

Great company., very helpful staff. Only complaint is basic online banking. I would give them 5 stars if the online banking app had the option to send a text alert to my phone for every transaction. I would also like the ability to send money to anyone regardless where they bank. Tap to pay would also be nice.

I wish we had never opened an account at this bank ! We went green only to never be able to access the account!!!! Every time we need to check the balance or make sure deposits are being processed correctly we have to drive to the bank atm to check it ! Tried everything they recommended to fix it but it no luck... a month ago we had over $300.00 go missing they still haven't been able to tell us where it disappeared to. TAKE MY ADVICE AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS BANK
