EHSO is a platform for emergency, safety, and operational management in healthcare and non-healthcare facilities. Each facility has its own team, data, and independent permissions.
The application helps facility teams prepare before an incident, respond during it, and then document and improve afterward.
What the application offers:
• Emergency codes, alerts, and case tracking until closure.
• Fault reports, maintenance requests, service interruptions, and attachments.
• Inspection tours, safety plans, and corrective actions.
• Training, preparation, plans, programs, and readiness reviews.
• Organizational structure, staff management, and permissions.
• Operation of departments, equipment, and emergency vehicles for healthcare facilities.
• Pharmacy, medication availability, references, and warehouse requests.
• Command center, operational indicators, policies, and contact directory.
Facility registration and login:
A facility representative can select "Facility Registration" from the login screen and submit the request without an invitation code. After the request is reviewed and the facility is activated, its manager adds staff and defines their permissions. Using operational services requires an authorized account linked to an activated facility. Units are available based on facility type, role, and assignment.
Use requires an institutional subscription in the facility's name. There are no individual employee purchases within the app.
Call Reception and Location:
You can enable facility call reception at your discretion. The last known location is used to confirm presence and route calls, and updates continue with a notification for up to 12 hours. You can disable this feature from within the app or via the notification. No movement log is created.
The app does not require patient data and does not replace established policies, official emergency channels, or professional assessment.
