This is probably the worst app I have to deal with. There are numerous times I've tried to do something that is routine to have an error come up and I have to call in to the call center to get things sorted out. I've also had problems with early morning bill payments, and email money transfers. The option for Quick view of your account balances doesn't work. If I could give a negative star rating, I would. Look at the other reviews here. There's definitely a trend.

Quick view works fine, won't let me log in at all. Just keeps spinning & spinning. I have to log in on my browser, that works fine. Cleared cache, cleared data, removed app, did a hard boot, reinstalled app, another hard boot, entered all info, same result. just spins & spins ... never let's me log in. S25 Ultra.

Still issues logging in early in the morning. Does it just stop working overnight? I don't understand and it's frustrating. Won't work on my phone or laptop. With all the updates that get done, it seems a little ridiculous. Try to log in early in the morning and it hardly works. Since the last update, I cannot see quick balances even though I had gone through the settings to enable it. It wasn't great before the update and now it's even worse.
