Ratings and reviews

Still issues logging in early in the morning. Does it just stop working overnight? I don't understand and it's frustrating. Won't work on my phone or laptop. With all the updates that get done, it seems a little ridiculous. Try to log in early in the morning and it hardly works. Since the last update, I cannot see quick balances even though I had gone through the settings to enable it. It wasn't great before the update and now it's even worse.

Definitely more convenient then going to the bank every time I want to do some banking but it's definitely not as smooth as other banking app, it regularly takes significant time for things to load even when I have a good Internet connection. Recently all my payees for bill payments also disappeared for some reason. Would recommend just going to your closest branch over using the app.

This app glitches constantly. Staring at a white screen while things "load" and often never do. I've put in my bank information dozens of times, and check off for the app to remember my login, and to enable quick view - well it never saves or remembers anything and EVERY TIME I use the app I have to go get my bank card and put in all my info all over again. Absolutely infuriating app. I wish I could give a lower rating.
