The old app was great for me...ever since the new update this past week, I've had nothing but problems. At first it showed I had no account so I called and that was quickly rectified, worked great for about a day. Today I can't even get signed into my app. I can see my balance, but it says my fingerprint isn't correct and that my account may be restricted! I love my bank, but this app needs to work properly and soon! ***Update***It is working properly again and I think it's good for now! 5 ⭐

Gina, thank you for your feedback. Fingerprint sign-in is part of the Android OS, and may have an old password stored. The account restriction is due to multiple attempted sign-ins with an incorrect password. Please give us a call at (803) 432-2265, and we will help you.
This app is very frustrating. I can hardly if ever use it. It was says something about technical difficulties every time i try to log in or use the instant balance. i hate having to drive across town to go to a atm just to check my balance. please do something to your app or system.

Good app but mobile banking could be better. Sometimes you have to press use button three times, times out quick, and does not auto capture check.
