Useless! Set the app up for the hubby and now it claims it suffered an error. Yeah it doesn't work. Glad I didn't set him up for paperless. Fat lot of good having a card with these people !

Terrible app Does not work ask silly questions then when you answer it say wrong answers you are blocked. Only thing that works is the biometrics. Worked fine before they changed it & made us uninstall the working one & download the new version. Now it's as worthless as Kamala Harris.
