absolutely abismal! I use this bank to be able to pay my bills. and now we deposit out money and cannot use it becausr of an "outage". I will definitely be switching banks, I dont put my money in for the banks to remove my access to it.

I dont get notifications when stuff comes out its hit or miss, and if my account goes negative I 100% never get notification so they can then collect an over draft fee.

why do I now have to open the transaction in order to see who it was paid to. the old app was better. you could just scroll through because every transaction said who it was on the main screen
