First Stop Health gives employees access to a U.S.-based doctors 24/7 for diagnosis and treatment of illnesses including infections (e.g. sinus, eye, ear or skin), sore throat, women's health issues or medication refills. Virtual access to board certified doctors avoids lengthy and expensive trips to the doctor’s office, urgent care, or the emergency room. Wait times are usually less than 5 minutes, and prescriptions can be ready in less than an hour.

First Stop Health is available exclusively as an employee benefit to our clients' employees and their families. Most members have access with no copay or consultation fee.

So, it used to work fine, and it works fine on my fiances phone. But any time I try to use the app, it will refresh what I'm doing every 2 seconds and takes me to the "please wait" screen I cannot even book an appointment. I have deleted and reinstalled, updated, almost anything you can think of. It has been like this for just a little less than a year.

They were great on the first call, even scheduled an appointment for Christmas, which I was confused, but was relieved I would have support on the holidays. And as a gift, the therapist never called; for the appointment or to reschedule. I have also found out I can no longer use the app for some reason? Definitely put this app on the list of companies that really don't care for your mental health.

Use this app cause it free to use threw my employer. Son was sick with fever of 101.0 so i try making a appointment the first appointment the doctor called me but the connection was poor on his end so he said he would call right back. After 40 mins of waiting and no call back. I made another appointment and still no call, finally after three attempts and no calls. I called the 800 number explained what happened to a lady named Diana she told me she would have a doc call Never received a call
