First Stop Health gives employees access to a U.S.-based doctors 24/7 for diagnosis and treatment of illnesses including infections (e.g. sinus, eye, ear or skin), sore throat, women's health issues or medication refills. Virtual access to board certified doctors avoids lengthy and expensive trips to the doctor’s office, urgent care, or the emergency room. Wait times are usually less than 5 minutes, and prescriptions can be ready in less than an hour.



First Stop Health is available exclusively as an employee benefit to our clients' employees and their families. Most members have access with no copay or consultation fee.

They were great on the first call, even scheduled an appointment for Christmas, which I was confused, but was relieved I would have support on the holidays. And as a gift, the therapist never called; for the appointment or to reschedule. I have also found out I can no longer use the app for some reason? Definitely put this app on the list of companies that really don't care for your mental health.

Bug Issues! Can't log in unless every time I reset my password. So silly and I'm trying to added info for my visit on Monday. Go to website and when you click profile it brings you to the app. What a pain! I even uninstalled and re-downloaded. Maybe the recent update caused the issue idk.

We previously found the app very useful for two members of our family but it currently would have to improve to be useless. We can't log in with work or personal credentials and rather than send us a password reset it sends an email to set up an account. The account we already have. The account we cannot get in to.
