About this app

MyAccount+ is the quickest and easiest way for ForHousing tenants to manage their tenancy digitally. It will run alongside the current My Account section of the website, giving increased control over your tenancy and ease of use on the go. Please note you will need your tenancy number to register.

It will have the following functionality:
Report ASB
Contact Us
Feedback – suggestions, compliments or service complaint
Report neighbourhood issues
Rent Balance and Transactions
Pay your rent
Making a rent enquiry, request a refund, DD or payment card
Report a Repair
See repairs history
About Us
Change your contact details
Update profiling information
Update communication preferences

How to give notice
Request permission to:

Horrendous app, I've been trying to gain access for 6 weeks, won't accept my password, and then when I try to reset it, it just sends me to a black screen and crashes. Contacted forhousing online, stated they would reset my password, and told me to wait 24hrs. Tried the 'new' password, and I still can't get into it.

Atrocious app, will never open, can't check anything. Uninstall it numerous times, re installed, still doesn't work. Needs to be sorted ASAP. This has been going on since 2020 from the reviews. Get it sorted please.

Uninstalled and reinstalled several times, checked software update. App updated. All good. Still can't access my account ongoing since March 2020. You say For V are all for supporting people yet you fail to provide a service to do so. Your failing to provide a service that enables people to communicate . Your company's customer telephone service is just as bad with regards to service & communication. What are you doing to improve both issues as a business to support your residents fully?
