It keeps saying there has been a fault in the system. If I do forgot password I am emailed a new password to enter, upon doing that it says authentication failed please try again later or contact customer support. If I ever do manage to log in it won't accept my tenancy number.

I'm having to go through a solicitor after years of asking for repairs. I don't want to in my home anymore as I have given up decorating. My blinds need replacing, My walls need repainted due to damp AGAIN! I have redecorating so many times which I expect to do but also I expect to be met half way and don't expect to sink into my floor and scared to step on the frame of My door in case it goes through my foot,.

Very easy to use but for repairs it is utterly pointless....nobody updates it when repairs are completed and any repairs history is deleted.
