supposed to make life easier?? you can report repairs and request as many rent cards as you like. unfortunately the information never actually goes anywhere because when you phone to enquire there is NEVER anything registered on the systems!! and thats if you can actually get it open because its always under maintenance. only giving 1 star as no option for zero!!

Great app till u try use it and there is no way to book a repair that is in the communial hallway lighting it just says choose a date and i dont need a date u dont need me to be in its in the hallway also it keeps saying its up to me to fix the light but it is not no support for communial hallways so in this instance the app has a huge fail..i am disabled and have to use the rear door at night to get in and out as mobility scooter and the steps at front door and ramp at rear door so have no opti

For about two weeks now I have been getting the message 'there was an error' when I try to pay my rent through the app. I can't even check my balance. Someone needs to fix the problems with the app
