This app is a lifesaver! The vets I have interacted with have been friendly professional an sometimes more knowledgeable than my IRL vet. Also this app has saved me so much time, money and worry. You can get an appointment within an hour of scheduling sometimes and it give me peace of mind to know I can get that sort of immediate help when I need it. The subscription is a great option since if you use it 3 times in a year you will have saved money, and you can use it as often as you need.

love this company I've called quite a few times over the many years of using. i'm not one that runs to vets....but I have a spaniel so I need to check things! Always great advice and checks, if need be I'm advised to go to my vet which I always do. Highly recommend!

Call was at the time booked, the vet had read the case notes thoroughly before hand. Gave good advice and following up with an email to myself and my regular veterinary surgery. Felt that she understood the issue and gave lots of options as to how to proceed to resolve the issue
