when I make a transfer using my laptop, there's a "notes" section where I can remind myself why I made the transfer; it's not available on the phone app which is a pretty big inconvenience for me. 3/24 I've also had to uninstall and reinstall close to every few weeks. Still no "notes" section when making in-house transfers on the phone app.

It's not just "getting used to it" , they make it harder than it has to be. For example, to make a mortgage payment, you used to be able to go to your mortgage account, at top say pay bill, then from which acct, proceed. And a thank you. Now you can't even find where to do it at, must remember the amount, where the old way told you what you owed, date due, and late fee. Plug it in then go to another screen without any prompting (we thought we'd paid it the first time) and ok it. Ugh

The app prior to update was way more user friendly. This one you have to poke around to find things. No explanation or clear answer if balance is before or after pending transactions. But the worst part is how it just randomly clears out your username & you have to sign up again as if newly enrolling. Even if you have tge "save user ID" checked. New & improved is not always the best.
