TAKE CONTROL
Stay in control of your card. Turn your card ON/OFF, set spending limits, decide where, when and how your card can be used.

- Set card to be on or off in an instant, restricting whether it can be used or not
- Restrict your card purchases to specific locations (merchants located within a certain range of your phone or select city, state, country or zip code on an expandable interactive map
- Select merchant categories (Restaurant, Travel, Entertainment etc.) and transaction types (Instore, eCommerce, ATM etc.) to control purchases on your card
- Enable or disable international transactions
- Establish spending limits to allow transactions up to a certain dollar value and decline transactions when amounts exceed the thresholds set by you

BE ALERT
Receive real time alerts on all purchases, select purchases or when a card transaction is attempted but declined. Customize your alert preferences and get notified as per your choice. Alerts are sent in real time, immediately after a transaction has taken place, and help you quickly detect unauthorized activity on your card.

Had this app for a out a year, then it stopped working. I have uninstalled, reinstalled... multiple times. Redid username, email, password, everything, repeatedly. Still cannot use the app to check my card usage. Once I get all my information in, it just tells me to install the latest version. I've installed the most recent version available. Going to uninstall for now.

So sorry you're having trouble. The app was just updated with a new version. If you send us an email at CardValet@Fiserv.com with your financial institution name, CardValet username and last 4 digits of a registered card we can look into the issues.

This app used to be good, but with the latest update they seem to have reverted to an older version of the app that is 1) uglier (why do I want to see a slideshow of stock photos of random people?) and 2) WON'T LET ME SIGN IN ANYMORE. No matter how many times I try to sign in it returns an error message. I try to reset my username and password and it never sends me an email on how to do it. So now I'm locked out of my account with no access to my money on a long holiday weekend. Wonderful.

Hi Joe, Can you please uninstall and reinstall the app? Let us know if the issue persists. If not, please send an email to CardValet@fiserv.com with your CardValet username, Financial Institution name and the last four digits of a registered card and time you attempted to access the app.

The app was working great before the update. Now I'm unable to receive notification when there's a transaction performed. Other than that it appears to work fine. After going to Controls and Alerts and setting the notification alerts everything appears to be working again. Thanks for the info.

You should still be receiving alerts. Check in the app that they are turned on, and let us know if we can further assist. Send an email to CardValet@fiserv.com with your CardValet username, Financial Institution name and the last four digits of a registered card and we'll research for you.
