It has never worked for me. I have watched youtube videos, searched google, contacted Fisker support (who has never responded). It's very frustrating. I heard it uses cell service. It would be nice if it would also use the bluetooth connection. I am worried that the cell service for the cars will be turned off. We need a back up connection method and bluetooth or wifi seems logical.

This app worked one time for me to create a profile and hasn't worked since. Just give sthr spinning circle of death saying it's loading and then crashes and says something went wrong try again. Not looking good if they aren't keeping up with their app that's supposed to run the car. Good luck if you ever lose or lock your one key in the vehicle. Absolutely ridiculous. Would give zero stars if that was an option.

App is slowly getting better for existing owners. Reliability needs to improve. App constantly logs out and logging in fails. When it works, data is often out of sync. Commands ro lock/unlock often fail with errors. Sometimes , even after thenerror, the action works. Sometimes, the action takes place long after the command was issued. Once an error is returned to user, the action should be removed from queue but that does not appear to be happening.

What’s new

This newest release brings full BLE interactivity with the car, allowing your phone to completely replace your keyfob! You will now be able to interact with your car directly from your phone, over BLE and without the cloud, to use your vehicle. The pairing process has been re-worked to include a BLE pairing step, as well as a new persistent Notification that will allow you to control your car completely.
