I can't say if it's a good dating app or not cuz I couldn't even make an account. I had to put in my number right at the start for a verification code, but it never sent it to me. I triple checked my number, tried clearing the data, resetting the app, and reinstalling the app. Nothing worked. Contacted customer service twice and heard nothing

No support team response after multiple emails with multiple follow-ups by me. I have sent an email about 5 times since I have had the app. I did trial the paid version, and I did not have a difference in experience with the paid version vs unpaid version, other than the money was charged. Very few people in queue. App doesn't show you your likes or sent messages. App keeps reshowing the same profiles in the stack. Filters don't work.

A good idea and I adore the idea of finding someone with a similar lifestyle to me, but I see the same profiles all the time. It's as though there are only 50 profiles and that's why you're given 50 likes. Edit: being able to change the units would be a help, we're stuck on Imperial in the UK. Edit: A year on and still the exact same faces. I love the concept but not the results. Further edit: Now it's unreliable and doesn't show profiles. You see one when you open the app then disappears.
