Ratings and reviews

The exercises and range of fitness options to choose from are great and very helpful however, you have to sign up for the trial to even get the app to work (only 7 days) after that you don't get anything without paying. which I think is ridiculous. mine only worked for the first day, and stopped so I. cancelled because the trial is only 7 days and it didn't work for 3.

It definitely has the resources I need to continue with my training. This app is a great find! It helped me improve my results and performance.

Its a great app but its too expensive and the seven days trial only work for an hour or two .
