Changing my score, as this was actually improved so now driving ecars with Fiqsy is just perfect -----> Service and app are good. But if you run out the battery on the e-car - they don't let you to change the car and you will have to charge it with your own money (couldn't find this mentioned anywhere on website or app, on the phone they were quite rude and just said it's their business model).

Thanks for the great service! One improvement suggestion after being a customer for two months: total accrued price during the ride is not shown in real time; it pretends to, but actually is not - when you lock/unlock phone, application laggs showing outdated price, and after minute or two after syncing with your servers price instantly increases by a significant ammount. Like it was showing 8 Eur and then instantly jumps to 12. Other than that - just great!

The app works pretty good for me. Scooters operate good as well. One of scooters with initial 2/3 🔋 discharged unexpectedly in the middle of my way after 6 km (without heavy load, riding at moderate speed), expected a little longer trip with that charge. But again overall experience is good.
