About this app

FitThrough is an offline 3D clearance checker that tells you whether a rigid rectangular object can pass through a door, hallway, elevator opening or vehicle trunk — before you buy, move or load it.

HOW IT WORKS
• Enter object width, height and depth
• Enter usable opening dimensions
• Optionally add packaging allowance and safety gap per side
• FitThrough evaluates every distinct axis-aligned 90° orientation (up to six)
• See clear FIT / DOES NOT FIT results with margins and blocking axes

SAVE YOUR MEASUREMENTS
• Save opening profiles: door, hallway, elevator, trunk and other
• Save object profiles: furniture, appliance, box and other
• Favorites, search, sort, duplicate and undo delete
• Reuse saved sizes in one tap on the calculator

HISTORY AND DETAILS
• Every check is stored as an immutable calculation snapshot
• Filter history by Fits / Does not fit
• Open full detail with orientation comparison and engineering schematic
• Warnings when the smallest margin is under 10 mm

BACKUP LOCALLY
• Versioned JSON export and import via the system file picker
• Import preview with merge or replace
• Conflict accounting and protection against accidental re-import
• Full local data reset when you need a clean start

• No account and no login
• No ads, analytics, Firebase or cloud sync
• No INTERNET permission — works fully in airplane mode

Note: FitThrough performs a rectangular bounding-box check for axis-aligned orientations. It does not simulate diagonal pivoting, irregular shapes, hinges, handles or maneuver space around the opening.
