It's a little disappointing. For the good: The story is generally pretty interesting, and there are quite a few new puzzles that are really pretty fun to solve. The gameplay is still fun. However, the AI cutscenes look really rough, especially in the first chapter. It's really embarrassing to watch. Needing to watch 15 (!) ads in a row to unlock each additional chapter is also just insane. And the AI-written lore and dialogue were offputting. I did have fun with it, but it's also quite flawed.

Just finished the Legendary Tales series, not sure why I waited so long, it all started for me in the early 90's with Myst, always searching for awesome point and click adventure games and Five-Bn knocked it out of the park with this series, just amazing and so much fun, had to use the walk-through a few times on some tricky puzzles that stumped me but solved most on my own, highly recommend and these developers and design team are just so so good, ...hope there is a Legendary Tales 6 coming...

Graphics, the way they characters talk, story, all excellent. Where it did fail me however is the fact that after finishing Chapter 1, it asked me to pay to play chapter 2 and of course, 3 as well. When did they start doing that? It took me by quite surprise and left a bad taste in my mouth so I uninstalled it. Other review say they were able to play chapter 1 and 2 for free so I guess it changes time to time. I watched several ads to get the key but never happened. You must pay to continue.
