In a new bizarre world, the problems stayed the same. Murders, thefts, fraudery. All sorts of injustice await the hero who can bring peace to the streets. A private detective, fresh from the academy, is ready to investigate his first cases. It is for you to decide now to whom or what to believe. In a world where everything is possible, how do you know what to be skeptical about?

Ratings and reviews

This game was very well made in terms of story, especially that of the second and third chapters - while the guilty were obvious at a point, it didn't feel disengaging or unfun. Most of the puzzles... lacked clarity, honestly? They either felt too grindy or lacked proper context - especially ones where we've 'seen the codes before' but a few were really fun. Overall, it was a good experience and being able to watch ads to continue playing was helpful.

I wish I could say I enjoyed this as much as your other games, but the lack of an info butyon for the mini games was a big detriment, and I didn't like how several "completed" mini-areas still popped up as though you could more there, when in fact there was nothing more needed/available in said areas. Very few vanished when done, but I prefer they all did that, like in other games. It didn't really add an extra sense of "mystery" to the cases.

The writing and voice acting in this one is the best of the many games I've played from this company. While there are still occasional ESL moments in the on-screen text, the English audio is superb. In an interesting move, there are no longer instructions for each puzzle. They are mainly variations of the most common varieties, though a few had me a bit flummoxed for a while. The tasks aren't as explicitly laid out in a notebook as they are in other games, so it's a bit more challenging.
