If I could rate zero stars, I would. The old app was perfect. It was easy for the workers and for consumers. The prior app was straightforward succinct and intuitive. Everything was easily available, plus it ran very well on all devices. And it was very easy to use. The decision to get a new app doesn't come out of need, it is a corporate decision by an increasingly corporate credit union. What a waste of time and money, though I'm sure it looks good on someone's resume.

Very hard to log into. Uncomfortable to use. Terrible set up. Update 2-28-25. Was on the phone with 5 county credit union for a half hour as they tried to get the app to work for me after telling me the information I was using was correct. They still could not get the app to work for me. CRAZY!!! Update 3-1-25. Someone from the BIW call center was able to get me set up with the new banking app. It was a lot more work than what I am used to with any other app. Terrible experience.

snapshot doesnt work. Have to log in every single time. Remember me/this browser doesnt work, have to repeatedly input code. Transaction notifications don't occur till days later. Could not locate certain information as easily as the previous app. Frequent crashes requiring me to clear cache and having to log in again. Also the fact that the website also forces you to use this app with no alternative such as website banking is also inconvenient when the app doesn't work!
