If I could rate zero stars, I would. The old app was perfect. It was easy for the workers and for consumers. The prior app was straightforward succinct and intuitive. Everything was easily available, plus it ran very well on all devices. And it was very easy to use. The decision to get a new app doesn't come out of need, it is a corporate decision by an increasingly corporate credit union. What a waste of time and money, though I'm sure it looks good on someone's resume.

Very hard to log into. Uncomfortable to use. Terrible set up. Update 2-28-25. Was on the phone with 5 county credit union for a half hour as they tried to get the app to work for me after telling me the information I was using was correct. They still could not get the app to work for me. CRAZY!!! Update 3-1-25. Someone from the BIW call center was able to get me set up with the new banking app. It was a lot more work than what I am used to with any other app. Terrible experience.

Really miss the old app. This one doesn't have a dark mode option, alerts don't work until I'm literally signing into the app, that's when they come in flooding me with texts and emails, no more seeing similar/same transactions when clicking on one, and transactions are automatically categorized with half of them wrong (said a hotel charge was rent.) Bring back the old app!
