I love Five Guys, and am delighted they've introduced Rewards, but boy does the app need improvement. Every time I open it I'm signed in to my account, but it asks me to sign up to Rewards, even though I already am. I select that and then have a 'Log in' link in the top left to log into Rewards, which for some bizarre reason seems to be a separate login to my main account. Even so, asking me to log into it every single time I open the app is ridiculous. 10/10 burgers, very bad user experience.

Too many personal details needed for reward scheme... but not like I go to the overpriced shops with uncomfortable seats and no WiFi much anyway

App installed as kiosk offered me free chips if I used your app. Then when I tried to pay at kiosk it didn't work. Eventually it reset itself so I went to the till but they said the code was invalid. Luckily the staff were more pragmatic than the machine and app and just charged me for the burger and gave me fries free of charge. Please take a look at your kiosks at Southampton West Quay as they clearly don't work as intended.
