I love Five Guys, and am delighted they've introduced Rewards, but boy does the app need improvement. Every time I open it I'm signed in to my account, but it asks me to sign up to Rewards, even though I already am. I select that and then have a 'Log in' link in the top left to log into Rewards, which for some bizarre reason seems to be a separate login to my main account. Even so, asking me to log into it every single time I open the app is ridiculous. 10/10 burgers, very bad user experience.

garbage app! I registered and use my QR code to place an order, but it didnt show up on the app. I then tried to log in and it said 'account not found', so I didn't get any points for my first £24.30 order - and no in-app support! what a scam

yall r literally lying in ur ads "sign up to get free fries!" but it isnt, its sign up and you can get free fries IF you order a main, thats blaintant false advertising
