Worst user friendly app ever. My money is stuck with it. I haven't used the app from last 1.5 year but now I want to use it. Its showing to activate the account , that's fine. But the link for reverificstion of kyc is not going anywhere. Not able to download the form. In any other app like grow etc they have given so smooth process for verification. Why not the same with 5paisa. I request 5paisa team to respond to my concern as early as possible.

App interface seems fine. However, there are irritating ads which crop up when quitting the app. Also, every time one opens the app it asks for notifications permission. There should be 'don't ask again' option atleast. These things can't be present on a serious trading app as these things waste time and are a distraction. I won't be taking the paid packs till then .

My markings are not saved in the chart. Everytime I draw something it disappears then I have to re-draw .then old markings appear again. It keeps swaping between old and new markings. This happens only on nifty.

What's new

-PAN ITD has issued fresh guidelines to all the companies related to data security of the customers and changes have been made in the application to adhere with the proposed guidelines.
