this app went from working great to aggravating the heck out of me. I cannot get the scooter to connect again and it says bouncing too many times and it connects disconnects immediately. very frustrating worked great now it's horrible. I need help getting my scooter connected

I purchased the V30 pro scooter and had difficulties getting the app to work but eventually did. Since then, it stopped connecting even after updates. It no longer connects with the scooter, cannot lock it (but thank goodness that it is not stuck in locked mode) or the advanced features. I tried with other devices, even various versions of the app, and nothing works. I would NOT have bought the scooter if I knew the trouble I would have because of this. PLEASE FIX THE APP!
