DOTS Chat is integrated with DOTS ERP, it's a complete chat solution with following features:

1) One to one Chat
2) Custom Group Chat
3) Auto Group based on Company Hierarchy

The app continues to be slow and inconsistent. Whether I can send messages or not seems entirely up to a coin flip when I open it. The worst part is that the app automatically downloads all pictures sent in a chat, though it seems to do so in bursts at its own leisure. I just had to delete 1900+ photos from my phone storage at once, all from DOTS, which were downloaded without my permission all at once. That download drained my battery and spiked my data usage. This is not an acceptable product.

As of right now, it is very bad, but could be improved. The fact that you don't receive notifications when clocked out is cool and it's best feature, but that's far enough to consolidate for all the crashes that the app has continuously. I have to reinstall anytime I want to make a post.

Crashes constantly when trying to even load up the app. It also lags a lot when trying to go into a message or just doing anything in the app. Update has not fixed the issue and now it take like 5 minutes to send out a message
