About this app

FIXARR Técnico is the FIXARR Ecosystem mobile app for professional technical service technicians: refrigeration technicians, plumbers, electricians, gas installers, HVAC technicians, and appliance repair technicians.

If you work for a service company that already uses the FIXARR system, this app replaces paperwork, dispatcher calls, and WhatsApp messages to find out where you need to go or what part you need. You manage everything from your mobile phone, in the field, saving time.

WHAT FIXARR TÉCNICO DOES

• Your organized daily schedule
View the day's assigned services with address, client, estimated time, and a description of the problem. Confirm them, mark them as started, completed, or rescheduled with a single tap.

• Automatic GPS tracking of your workday
Comply with mandatory time tracking (Royal Decree-Law 8/2019) without the hassle of clocking in manually. The app tracks your workday with GPS—even with the screen off—and respects your breaks and rest periods.

• Hands-Free: AI-Powered Dictation of Service Reports
While driving or operating equipment, dictate the diagnosis and tasks performed without touching the screen. The app automatically transcribes using artificial intelligence and generates the service report ready for review.

• Before/After Photos and Receipts
Capture service evidence with your camera. Scan invoices and expense receipts with OCR to upload them to the report without typing anything.

• Estimates and Customer Signature
Generate estimates instantly, present them to the customer, and collect their digital signature directly on your mobile screen.

• Paperwork Saved
Reports generated from FIXARR Técnico are automatically synced with your company's web dashboard. No emails, no duplicates, no need to return to the office at the end of the day.

YOUR LOCATION, SHARED WITH YOUR COMPANY

FIXARR Technician is an employee management tool. During your work hours, and while en route to a job, the app shares your location with the dashboard of the company you work for. When you're on your way, the client can also see that you're approaching.

• You'll always know: while your location is being shared, a constant notification appears in the notification bar.

• Outside of your work hours, location sharing stops automatically.

• You can disable GPS from within the app.

We spoke for months with field technicians and heard the same thing: "We waste an hour a day just writing reports and sending them via WhatsApp." FIXARR Technician eliminates that downtime and gives you back control of your workday.
