About this app

Fixbench replaces the paper job register on a repair shop counter — and works with no signal at all.

Take a device in on a job card: customer, device type, brand, model, serial or IMEI, the reported fault, the accessories handed over, its cosmetic condition and the date you promised it back, all under an auto-numbered reference like JB-0042. Then move it down the bench — received, diagnosed, awaiting part, in repair, ready, delivered or returned unrepaired — with every step timestamped into a history you can read back at the counter.

FIND ANYTHING, FAST
Full-text search across device, fault, customer name and phone. Filter by status, device type, technician or tags. Sort by promise date, intake, balance or customer. Pin the urgent ones, select many at once to advance, reassign or archive them, and undo any of it.

SEE HOW THE SHOP IS DOING
An insights screen built from your own book: devices booked in per day, money taken on handover, the fault patterns that keep repeating, the status mix across the bench and how turnaround has trended week by week. Plus working streaks, badges earned from real milestones, and weekly targets for jobs, takings and turnaround.

Fixbench collects nothing. There is no account, no subscription, no cloud and no advertising. Records live on your device, with customer details encrypted locally. Export a full JSON backup or CSV for a spreadsheet whenever you like, restore from any backup, or clear everything in one action.

The app requests exactly one permission — INTERNET — used by a single screen that loads the privacy policy. Nothing else ever touches the network.
