Watch Out! Signing up for the Premium version requires Autorenew, and good luck canceling the $106 renewal. That's the business model. Fortunately, my credit card was suspicious so they blocked it. FIXD promptly sent me a link to change my credit card, a link which apparently found my account just fine without even the need to log in, but when I emailed to request canceling, they sent me a link that wouldn't recognize my email address that they had just used!! I had to cancel the credit card!!

SCAM - I ordered the devices which I did not use. I did not order the premium service but the over $100 charge just showed up a month later. There's no number to call, no help, they just swipe your money without any authorization. They send a bot email that tells you to cancel what you didn't sign up for in the first place, that just repeats itself but there's no way to get your money back whether you signed up or not they will charge. Buyer BEWARE. This is a SCAM.

I was charged for two I messaged them to cancel my order because I only wanted one. they were still sent to me. so I figured I'd go head try one. I couldn't get it to work and my account can't be found so I can't log in. today I received a fraud alert saying fixd was trying to charge me $99.99 for something I didn't order. so I'm thinking after reading more a free trial was with the order I canceled.
